Karen Anderson, MA is the founder of the Environment and Personality Intuitive Card Sort (EPICS). She has a private practice where she helps individuals who are struggling through a transformative time. Karen uses EPICS as a springboard to explore and develop career and life choices. It is her belief that we know intuitively what will provide us with a fulfilling and meaningful life but sometimes need to tease it out.

Kathryn Breisch – Principal Education Consultant

Kathryn’s tenure as an educator includes service as a teacher, instructional coach, professional development specialist, and adjunct graduate professor. She is currently a career academy director in Washington, DC Public Schools, though she has extensive experience in both public and private schools. Teaching career exploration and introspection to others is particularly important to Kathryn because she has personally wavered between career pathways many times throughout life. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Illinois Wesleyan University and Master’s Degree at Johns Hopkins University.

Aniella Fignon – Principle Project Consultant

Aniella oversees projects that involve non-profits, vocational and rehabilitation services, and company employee engagement programs.

Jane Rizzio – Administrative Assistant

Jane is an LPN for the past 42 years in long term care. She has been onboard with the inception of EPICS since 2012 helping in all different areas. Now she mainly supports staff, assists in local workshops, and reviews correspondence.

Kelly Anderson – Web Support

Kelly has her BBA in Marketing and is working on an MS in Analytics and Computer Systems. She works at Wesleyan University as Marketing Coordinator and helps EPICS with website content updates.

Natalie St. Jean – IT Specialist

Natalie has a Bachelors of Computer Information Systems and has been a Web Developer for over 8 years. She maintains the EPICS web application.
